For me, wedding planning is not just about planning a beautiful wedding. It's about building genuine relationships with my couples and being a big supporter for them as friends. I will laugh with you, cry happy tears as your marry your best friend, and celebrate new seasons beyond your marriage!

I began Kayla Marie Events, LLC in 2021 after graduating from Anderson University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I started this business out of a desire to pair my skills of organization, communication, and calmness with my love of all things weddings, and am so thankful I have the opportunity to utilize those gifts to serve couples throughout the wedding planning process!

I love traveling to explore different cultures (London and Africa have been my favorites so far!), pizza and Chipotle are the ways to my heart, and I am a morning person through and through. Best of all, I got married to the love of my life in May 2022!
